I am responsible for developing the vision of Red Monkey and implementing strategic actions in order to deliver innovative, exciting and high-quality services and products.
Seeing the satisfaction, excitement and joy in the children who learn from and play with the products that we design, develop and deliver into an educational environment is very fulfilling. It is also great to work with such a positive and committed team of people.

Meet Richard, Our Design & Build Director
At Red Monkey I am responsible for the design team making sure the client’s brief is met through our designs.
This exciting role lets me meet with clients, establish a brief and create an enticing outdoor play area. Meeting the school’s objectives and making the outdoor space enjoyable is often challenging but immensely rewarding when you can see the children enjoying the new space.

Meet Jason, Our Product Analyst Director
I am a product analysist in which I am responsible for creating new, fun and educational products for competitive prices. My aim is to create product ideas to exceed customer expectations. I love seeing my ideas come to life in the factory!

Operations Manager
Meet Adam, our Operations Manager
I am responsible for the day to day running of the production team which includes the factory staff, office staff and installation team. My role is to ensure a smooth and efficient service from receiving an order to completion of installation to meet the customers needs.

I am responsible for ensuring a smooth transition from concept, to quote and to installation. Here at Red Monkey we aim to exceed our customers’ expectations in every way possible and I ensure this met on a daily basis.
Leanne
Lead Designer
Meet Leanne, our Lead Designer
I create designs and 3D visualisations of playgrounds for schools and nurseries across the UK. I make sure all designs meet the brief and Red Monkey standards as well as making sure the children will enjoy to using their new outdoor space. I thoroughly enjoy the whole process and seeing how the designs come to life from an image on a computer screen, to a concept built by our craftsmen, to a finished playground.

Meet Lucy, Our Account Co-ordinator
I look after the customer accounts, maintaining the relationships, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from new products to competitive pricing. For me, it is important to work with a fun, friendly group of people and that is what Red Monkey is all about.

All of our beautiful Red Monkey Play equipment is carefully and lovingly hand made in our Leicestershire workshop, using pre-treated, high-quality, and low-maintenance play-grade timber from sustainable sources.

At Red Monkey Play, our focus is on creating outstanding playgrounds for schools and nurseries aimed at learning areas for institutions linked to EYFS and the National Curriculum. Together, we deliver excellent results in improving children’s skills, as our learning areas have played a key part in delivering improved OFSTED ratings.
