Sparkenhoe Community Primary School
What was needed?
Sparkenhoe Community Primary School wanted to create an exciting and engaging new playground experience for its pupils in its unique ‘under the stairs’ setting. Their objective was to maximise space for learning due to their overall space constraints. Red Monkey was tasked with designing an unusually placed playground which was to be situated underneath the school’s main entrance and stairs.
What we did
Red Monkey were excited by the task and got straight to work creating the bespoke outdoor learning area. The newly finished play area includes artificial grass, play bridge with sand play, climbing bars and much a tower unit featuring learning space above and below which really engages the children and teachers, all finished to the highest quality.
From the customer
“Red Monkey have provided a superb service from our projects inception all the way to its completion. They were professional, timely and paid excellent attention to detail. The design and the finished product has exceeded our expectations and has utterly transformed our outdoor learning space – even down to tweaking features retrospectively. Every member of the team was knowledgeable, positive, and eager to ensure the project was finished to the highest possible standard – they were even happy to make alterations to existing equipment to ensure that our vision could be realised. Overall, an outstanding product and fantastic service – thank you.”
