What was needed?

The Brief

Marriott Primary School’s old playground was definitely in need of a refresh. Originally intended as a nature area, the site had become overgrown and uninspiring. Red Monkey was given the task of transforming this area into a fun and engaging outdoor learning area where children could learn, play and explore in their natural environment.

What we did

The Result

Red Monkey got to work on creating a fantastic children’s outdoor learning area, packed with stimulating and challenging equipment for Marriott’s many pupils to discover. The playground now covered seven essential areas of learning: PSHE, Physical Development, Communication and Language, Literacy, Mathematics, Understanding the World and Expressive Art & Design.
