Red Monkey Play wish to assure our customers’ existing and new that we remain committed to supporting and working with you on your existing or new project. We remain open for business and are working as close to normal as we can implementing all Government advice on health and processes.
Throughout our history Red Monkey have always had 2 key priorities, our customers and our staff and we remain committed to them at times that we have never experienced.
Our team are here to work with you, you can contact us by phone, email or through our web chat we are now adding the option to undertake video consultations. We remain available to undertake visits to schools where this is deemed suitable and our consultants have had training in the correct procedures and “social distancing”.
Our installations are continuing with the great support of our customers and our teams have also received training in the same format as our consultants. We can work in a self-contained manner and do not require access to school buildings where this will create an issue.
We are communicating with all existing and prospective customers and are being “blown away” by the great work our school teachers and management are doing at present as well as being delighted at the positive approach to continue their plans now and over the next few months.
We value all our staff and we are working extremely hard to continue to support them in any way we can. We are extremely grateful to all our customers for their continued orders and please continue to work with us by placing these orders – these ensure the continued employment of our team.
